What is My Peace Yoga?
My Peace Yoga is dedicated to creating spaces for people to reconnect with their mind and body through yoga and mindfulness. With a focus on accessible, welcoming classes, My Peace Yoga is designed to suit everyone from beginners to advanced practitioners.
